Mercure Warszawa Centrum

We absolutely loved our stay at Mercure Centrum in Warsaw! The hotel is located in a fantastic area, with a massive shopping center right across the street. There are also bus and metro stations within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed and impressive bathroom. We were thrilled with the amenities provided, including a mini bar, LED TV, and complimentary chocolates and Nespresso. The recent refurbishment has truly transformed the hotel into a stylish and modern accommodation. The staff at reception and the cleaning crew were amazing, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the fabulous restaurant, which offered a great selection of delicious meals. we highly recommend Mercure Centrum for both tourists and business travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Warsaw.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with a large shopping mall right in front of it. We were able to buy everything we needed conveniently. the staff was extremely helpful and supportive, especially when we had a sick baby and needed assistance. The breakfast served at the hotel was also great, with a variety of tasty options to choose from.

The rooms were a bit old and in need of renovation, especially the bigger family rooms. However, the room we stayed in, which was similar to the one shown in the photos, was comfortable.

staff were exceptional, everything was perfect, the location was unbeatable and close to the central station. the breakfasts here were tasty with fresh fruit juice and fresh crepes, for example. easy check-in and very good service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main train station and right across from the palace of culture. The surroundings were beautiful, with a quiet street behind the Zlota Terasi shopping mall. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredible, they made every effort to accommodate us and were always willing to help with any request. The service was top-notch.

The only downside was that the staff could have been more co-operative and extend better hospitality regardless of race or color. However, despite this, we would still highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel's policy regarding the use of the air conditioning, controlled by the general manager, can be frustrating. Depending on the outside temperature, guests may not have access to the AC, which can be discomforting, especially during hot days.

The train station and old town were within walking distance, and there were plenty of great restaurants in the area. The room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the environmentally-friendly practices, like the no cleaning required sign and the water dispenser with fizzy and still water options. The food at the hotel was reasonably priced and delicious, and the staff went above and beyond, despite being tired, to provide excellent service. The gym, while basic, was clean and quiet.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
